Yayasan Cipta formerly known as YCCP is a non-profit organization established in 2008 with expertise and long experience in advocacy, social behaviour change communication, community mobilization, social marketing and social research. The expertise and broad experience of Yayasan Cipta covering the area of health, environment including water, sanitation, hygiene, environmental conservations, Family Planning, Reproductive Health, infectious diseases, Mother and Child health, Nutrition. At the moment Yayasan Cipta is in urgent need for:
Position Title:  Human Resources and Legal Staff
Position Base:  Jakarta – Indonesia. This position is designated for Indonesian citizen only.

Responsible for providing administration services in the Human Resources and Legal functions within Yayasan Cipta. The Human Resources and Legal Staff will report to Executive Director.

The Human Resources and Legal Staff will perform the detail scope of work listed specifically but not limited to:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
–     Prepare and post job vacancies
–     Review and archive resumes and application
–     Conduct interview
–     Assist onboarding new employees
2. Employee Relations:
–     Handle employee grievances
–     Mediate conflicts
–     Ensure a positive work environment
3. Training and Development
–     Identify capacity building needed to improve staff performance
–     Organize and conduct training programs
–     Support employee development
4. Compensation and Benefits
–     Manage salary structures
–     Administer benefits programs
–     Ensure compliance with labor laws
5. Performance Management
–     Implement performance appraisal processes
–     Provide feedback to employees
–     Develop performance improvement plans
6. HR Policies and Compliance
–     Develop and update HR policies
–     Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
–     Handle legal and regulatory issues
7. HR Administration
–     Maintain employee records
–     Manage HR databases
–     Process payroll and benefits
8. Employee Exit Process
–     Conduct exit interviews
–     Manage the offboarding process
–     Analyse turnover data

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
* Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
* Have at least Five (5) years in General Human Resources role
* Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle employee issues and conflicts.
* Familiarity with training, and benefits administration.
* Proficiency in HR software and computer skills.
